"CK eats cozze (mussels) @ Da Turrichio in Santa Sabina
In this episode of “CK Eats Puglia”, CK devours three different ‘cozze’ (mussel) dishes that Mama shows him how to prepare . . . (cozze can!!) . . . at Da Turrichio on the Adriatic Sea in Santa Sabina: poached mussels in white wine sauce, mussels au gratine and stuffed mussels marinara.
Da Turricchio is the original restaurant in Santa Sabina, opened in 1953 . . . and remains in the same ownership for three generations. Still a ‘local’s’ favourite for seafood.
